1. Create an account with disneymovierewards.com
2. Enter your birthdate (can be next week or sometime in the near future)
3. They'll send you a Happy Birthday email with the free blu-ray offer and promotion code
4. Login to disneymovierewards and enter your code and pick your blu-ray

FYI for people in Quebec (Thanks to exolstice):
1) Join with a fake address somewhere else in Canada.
2) When you redeem your gifts, specify your real Quebec address.
