I have received 2 emails so far from Liberals.ca, the first emailed i received from Bob Rae, Liberal.ca i went to the website and unsubscribed completely from their mailing list.
I also emailed them asking how they got my email address for this campaign, since i never donated, or had anything to do with politics online or off. They never responded.
Yesterday i get another one of these emails from Bob Rae, Liberal.ca - Subject: Thanks to Grant Gordon and his team
I went back to their website and checked my preferences, and they are all turned on again, when i clicked unsubscribe a few weeks ago, it's like it didn't matter, they just put me back on the list. WTF!!

They're starting mass solicitation for donations due to harpers attack ads against Bob Rae. They want you to fund their counter attack because they're broke.

worst thing is i never signed up for any mailing list or anything to do with liberals... so i wonder where they got my email address and full name from..

They were a lot of protest campaigns against the metered internet, keeping the internet "free", different proposed draconian Bills etc. and the people names and e-mail addresses have been submitted to all political parties as a protest.
