girl friend on family vacation for 1 month *UPDATED*

My friends got me freaked out.
My gf is gone on vacation to Asia w/her family for 1 month.
Me and her known each other for a few months and been officially dating for 1 month. Shes been gone since august 1st and will come back on the 31st.

My friends noticed that I been really falling for her. I talk about her alot and im even considering buying her a big ticket present when she comes back, AN IPOD even tho its only been 1 month! they were telling me stories of how whenever a couple has 1 person gone on a long vacation, they break up after the person comes back. I guess this is because the time they are seperated, they realize how easy they can live with out their bf/gf and how fun life can be single.

I was always known as the playa type by my friends too. I go through girls like nothigng, and they gotten worried b/c i fell for this girl so quick after 1 month. This got me realizing DAMN i did fall for this girl FAST. I actually stopped my playa ways just for her... settling down you know.

Another thing that got me thinking is ive never been heart broken... I always broke up with the girl. And the only time girls have left me was in my younger days when you pull off that 'I dont wanna break up with her so ill make her break up with me' trick. Thats why im thinking this is where my streak ends... Im going to be heart broken! AH!! what do i do?

but shes so ULTRA COOL! She has everything... she isnt whiny, she isnt over emotional, shes a freak in wh00p if you nah what im saying , and she even likes hockey and basketball.
she actually sits through an entire basketball/hockey game and watches it!
Smart , pretty, and artistic. Quite the catch if you ask me...
And she even shares the same interest i do in firearms. She even visited a gun club with me, and fired a gun with me. <3 im in love. <3

Since when is it a rule that if one person goes on a long vacation, that they will break up when said person returns?

I've never heard that rule. I'm sure she's been single before, she knows what it's like to be single. If she wants to be single, she will be, but it has nothing to do with this vacation.

btw is she on a tour or is she staying in a certain area?

if she really digs you ... she will keep in touch but if not...then really why bother worrying
