The QCY T2C (better battery than T1C/QS1) is $28USD at ********: https://www.********.com/headsets/pp_009262243425.html

Seems low?

Definitely a good price. Comes with Realtek chip and BT5.0. I have a similar one from Amazon ($50+). It can be use to connect to the phone to take calls. The case acts as a power bank to charge the buds with without cord or electronics. Pretty cool concept. The main concern is comfort. Bud is touch sensitive for various operations.

For what it's worth ....

Seems Xiaomi and QCY are battling it out ? ( note the comment on chipsets)
video posted 3rd April 2019.

Bit long winded commentary but informative:

I can't watch it right now. Can you TL;DR the comments?

For both.

On another note, anyone have any experience with the Xiaomi airdot pros vs the airdot or QCYs? I feel an impulse buy coming up lol - just wondering if that 60 buck price jump is worth it (never been a fan of the chunky part of the earbud sticking out, as I like the physical form of the airpod/airdot pro)

I emailed them yesterday to cancel my order (going to buy the QCY instead) but haven't received an answer yet.

Yeah i'd check out a brand by the name of QCY over these Xiami's. QCY is in a similiar price range with a way better history of making wireless products. I'd trust anything by them over Xiaomi as of right now. They make a majority of anker's wireless products.
I don't follow chifi at all, can you recommend any brands with decent ANC or comment on ANC status of chifi in general (cans and in ear)?

These look pretty exciting but doesn't seem like it ever made it to market (no sales information despite being posted on July 2018)

I sometimes listen to podcast at work with one headphone in (right side) does anyone know if the mic and controls are built into the right side head piece? Also, could I leave the left side at home or do they have to work linked together?

From a review I saw online (in Chinese), it appears that both left and right has exactly the same functions, meaning you can use either side to talk on phone, listen to music or have both earphones in for stereo sound. That is what I was led to believe, but I believe most ear buds are build like that. Sorry if I am completely off and the mic is build into one side only...
