this chair is big and comfortable especially for the money. I have one
the arm height is adjustable and so is the seat. You can also adjust the tilt of the chair. However, the cushioning seems a bit stiffer than my other office chair (which costed much more, so obviously there's a difference). But if you're used to sitting on a stool or a regular folding chair, you'll feel very comfortable with this one.

Thanks for the review. One last question: How is the lumbar support? Big and comfortable is good, but not if you sink into it.

I'm not familiar with the chair terms, but if you mean the spine area you can adjust the height of the back (up or down) to suit your curviture. I find the spine area good but I wish it was a little more curvy. It's nice however and feels good.
btw, assembly is required but it was easy
Here's a couple of pics I took so you guys can see.

Both me and my GF have global chairs... I have the intensive use chair, and she has a model simular to what you are looking at... I think for $100 its a good deal as her chair has lasted way longer than the one I bought at costco for more.. although when the costco one died, they gave me my money back, so you cant beat the warranty... I have heard others here saying the global chairs aren't that great but from what I have seen they seem to stand up well...

Do they also have this deal in-store? Seems like a good deal but I'd want to sit in it first.

actually although they appear short, the armrests are quite comfortable, and one of the best features about the chair. Maybe they still have some available at the store, but I'd call in first to double check availability.
