The contest sponsors are CTVglobemedia Publishing Inc. and Nova Scotia Department of Tourism, Culture and Heritage (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest Sponsors”).

To enter and to be eligible to win, entrant must be a legal resident of Canada and be over the age of majority in the province or territory in which he/she resides.

Prize - There is one (1) Prize consisting of a trip for two (2) to Halifax, Nova Scotia plus One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) Cdn. in spending money. Trip includes: round trip economy air fare for two (2) from a major Canadian airport closest to the Prize winner's place of residence in Canada (hereinafter referred to as the "Departure Point"); nine (9) nights accommodation in hotel(s) to be determined by the Contest Sponsors, two (2), one day Grayline bus tours of Halifax, two (2) Parks Canada Pass for Nova Scotia Historic Sites, as determined by Contest Sponsors based on travel route, intermediate rental car in Halifax for nine (9) days (vehicle size and colour to be selected by the Contest Sponsors at their sole discretion and authority) and all applicable taxes & gratuities.

On or after Tuesday, June 02, 2009 at approximately 2:00 p.m., a random draw for the Prize will take place at Black and Company Inc. (BLACK), Toronto, Ontario from among all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The first entry drawn will be eligible to win the Prize.

And if you like - see the picture on the right side on the contest entry form - it's the view at the end of the Skyline Trail in Cape Breton Highlands National Park. Its a fairly level 4 or 5 hour hike which would be fun to do too. Every time I've done the hike, I've seen moose and whales. Let's go!
