Is anyone using GloPhone? I subscribed to their calling card plan last week, but I can't get it to work. Emails and calls to GloPhone didn't help because they keep giving me templates answers that don't help (i.e., "we will look into it").

My GloPhone number is 604-628-0050. I have an extension number for this, so this number should go to a general line and then to my line once the person types in my extension number.

But when I call 604-628-0050, I get:

"The number you have called can not be completed as dialed, please..."

I tried 1-604-628-0050 and still, no luck. I don't even have a chance to type in my extension number.

Does anyone have problems with GloPhone, especially those who have the same number or in the same area code? Thanks.
