I admit they didn't do particularly well yesterday, but we pulled out a W. Good teams always find a way to win.

Oct 6th, 2005 07:30 AM #19well, seems like that game finally shut up some sens fans. . .all of those predictions of a huge sens blowout seem pretty foolish, don't they?

wonder what's going to happen when they play some 'decent' teams???

Oct 6th, 2005 08:44 AM #20hey there afong56...in one fail swoop, you have classified all Sens fans predicting the Sens would blowout the leafs - that's foolish on your part, and also a tad ignorant. It also shows that you haven't read all the posts around here, or at bare minimum have selective memory.

As far as calling the leafs a 'non-decent team', don't be so hard on your team. They showed great character last night inspite of losing Sundin early on... Lindos was unstopable last night, and you have to hope he can sustain this level of play for the duration of the Season..._______________

Not a sens fan, though i am glad to see heatley playing well and scoring the GWG of sorts. Got to commend this guy for coming back after the incident.

Did Heatly take any of his teamates out for drinking after the game in his Ferrari?

Oct 6th, 2005 10:20 AM #24No, but he was nice and stayed after the game and helped Lindros, Allison and Domi put their clothes on. They sure do have problems after their brain problems.

Oct 6th, 2005 05:41 PM #28hardly. i always choose my words carefully. if you read my post, you will notice that i clearly wrote "some sens fans". i never make crass generalizations if i can avoid it, so fear not, i didn't overstate myself.
