I hope we see some WD Red deals for Black Friday. I am running out of space in my unRAID server and need to pickup 2 x 3TB or 2 x 4TB drives. $35 / TB is the magic number for me to buy, so $110 for a 3TB Red or $145 for a 4TB Red.

I just bought a WD My Cloud EX2 from NCIX and was looking for WD Red in various size.
I used OP link in 1st page of this thread, and clicked into each size after studying a bit of each size pricing.
I got into DirectCanada's WD red link, choose each size to check price... bought 3TB at $123.98 + F/S

http://www.directcanada.com/products/?s ... gital%20WD

So far NCIX and Memory Express is at $129.99 for 3TB, Newegg.ca has to buy more than $150 then add a code... etc. I'm such a RFDer. ;)
I clicked thanks on OP post already, and thanks again OP.

DC has SSD couple dollars cheaper than other online retailers too... for example Crucial M500 240GB for $105.99 below

....and of course I have a Master Card. Good deal on the 3TB though.
You can register any credit card with VisaCheckout (or with Masterpass). Does not need to be a Visa.

I am only looking for 2 TB's, and I haven't seen anything as good as the $97 newegg was offering a few weeks ago.

Dell has a 2 TB at $80 after $80 discount. Is Dell's portable drive any good?

What does it have to do with Red drives?

On topic, CanadaComputers has 2,3, 4, 5 and 6TB Reds on sale, but sale is really crappy.

Yep, it looks like their sale prices are still $10 more than the regular newegg price.

How about blacks and blues? Any sales on them or should I expect any in the near future?
That's not a knife!
