A Good All-Around Program - to clean up

Whats a good _All-around_ program to clean up like everything?..Registry's Ad-Aware, optimizers, etc?..

I already created a thread a long time ago, but i'm just doing it again, just to be up to date..

I heard CCcleaner was good last time, but then someone said that it deletes important system files so i was like

Anywho, tell me what you think?.

For now I use

Defragmenter: Executive Software Diskeeper
Spyware: Ad-Aware Personal Edition 1.06
Registry - WINASO Registry Optimsor
