Still too pricey for me. I get satisfaction from fresh salmon caviar, at a lower price, maybe $50 for 50g.
I have always wondered if the sturgeon has to be killed to get the eggs. I never see smoked sturgeon any more, although it once was a staple in delicatessans._______________
