Good Deal? Honda S2000

ok I got a quote for a 2008 Honda S2000 demo with 8000km for $36142 plus tax. Good deal or not?

Not bad ... go on trader.ca ... there's a blue 2008 model with 3000km asking for $36,695. S2000 is being cancelled after this model year so you can pick one up for cheap since our economy is in the crapper. If you really like the car, you can negotiate ... no one will buy a S2k in the winter.

You can easily find a 2009 model for under US$30k in the US (new) ... just find a dealer who will sell it to you and you're as good as gold. Even after exchange rate ... you're paying a little bit more (C$36k + taxes) for a brand spanking new year with next to zero on the odometer.
