i'm happy enough with the DVP-NS63P that I picked up from the superstore for ~$79 even though it's a sony. It has played anything I've thrown at it, and the convenience of just burning a bunch of divx files on one dvd and letting them play can't be beat.

Hello guys,
I'm looking for a good DVD DivX player, in the range of 100 dollars.
Thanks a lot,

Boycott the Canadian Tire located at 403 & Dundas for it's clueless automotive department, poor service and lack of commonly stocked items.

I am happy with my Philips DVP5960. Philips players usually have been very good at playing anything you have, and this one is the same. Also has usb, so you can play your divx media off a usb key or drive.
I got it for $89 on Boxing day.
