Hey guys i need your help

I am getting a new phone in September and my family wants to go with a family plan....i kept looking at all the different options the companies had but i couldnt decide....I want something were family to family members is free of charge and weekends are free and i only need the phone during the weekday for either emergency or in case if i want to call someone...aka not a lot of min
