Good inexpensive vet in Niagara area?

I'm moving to the Niagara Area (Welland) next week and am looking for a good, inexpensive vet for my elderly dog. She needs some too the extractions and a cleaning and the quotes I've been getting have been pretty high. Can anyone recommend a good reasonably priced vet near Welland?

Somewhere, ON
I use the Welland Animal Hospital. Very happy with their services. They do have a plan whereby you pay monthly over the course of the year and that then covers your annual vaccinations and health check-ups. The cost of the plan over the year is a little less than paying for each annual visit and vaccinations. For me, two dogs it costs $58.00/month.

EDIT - Not to be confused with a Pet Insurance Plan

Niagara Falls
I have hear a lot of people say the Thorold animal clinic is very affordable.

I personally use central Niagara animal hospital on Lundy's Lane in Niagara Falls as the other two clinics I used in the Falls got more expensive with each visit.
