I'm in my mid-20s and still dont know how to iron dress shirts properly. It's sad but true. I was hoping I could get some suggestions here on good quality non-iron dress shirts that are truly non-iron...i.e. they look immaculate coming out of the washing machine and you never have to iron them. Also, which stores should I keep an eye out for? I've only checked out The Bay, Mark's, and Costco so far. The two former are a bit on the pricier side while the latter sells the baggiest dress shirts I've ever come across in my life.

Banana Republic sells Non-Iron Tailored Slim Fit dress shirts. Hold up pretty well for the most part. Pretty pricey as well, starting at $98 each. However, you can definitely catch promotions such as 25% off sale items, or 40% off regular priced items, etc. Sign up for the email list, and you'll get emailed coupons almost weekly/biweekly.
Learn to iron, it's quite easy really, only takes ~5-10 minutes per shirt. Lots of videos and tutorials on the web as well!

Mark's has great selection of non iron shirts under the Denver Hayes brand. I think their size availablity is very good too. They also have slim cut with several sleeve lengths available, and they are $65.00 . Often on sale at $49.95 .
And while they say non iron, you always have to touch them up a bit. Some fabrics even need more than touch up.
Good thing to learn to iron . Takes a little practice, but good skill to have.

I find that most dress shirts even the non iron ones require a bit of ironing to make them wearable, but I we might have different standards.
I do have one from Mark's that is pretty good without ironing but the material is thick and stiff and I would not wear it often.
I often buy Calvin Klein non iron and they work well with minimal ironing.

Be careful of the quality of the fabric with those shirts. I find most of them feel plasticly with the non-iron chemicals in them.
Pure cotton is a lot more comfortable and breathable especially in the summer and looks better when properly ironed.
