Good Pancakes in North York?

Looking for a good place to go for Canadian pancakes somewhere in North York area. Any suggestions. Morning or evening is fine.

I used to go to the Golden Griddle on Finch and Dufferin. Been a couple of years. Not sure if it's still there.

I've never been but I heard Steve's Restaurant on Bathurst/Wilson across from No Frills is pretty good. They have a second location now too apparently.

There's also a diner on Yonge north of Steeles, can't remember the name, but it's a Greek-owned diner, and the pancakes were decent for a diner when I had them a few years back.

Amazing Ted's wayyy out in east Scarborough is good too. But that's outside your area.
