Most Branded eye glasses retail stores charge 50$ or 48$....
Costco is 45$ I think...I paid 50$ at Newlook last January

I got my eye exam at Costco last fall and it was $65. I believe you don't have to be a member of Costco to get your eyes examined because it is an independent optometrist. But you won't be able to buy your glasses there if you are not a Costco member.

I think he's looking for a place in Vancouver.
I haven't had an eye exam since well before the government took away the free exam thing but as LonesomeDove mentioned above, Costco's a good bet.

No they don't because they don't sell glasses or contacts. London Drugs used to own a optical department but that was 20 years ago. LD is no longer in the optical business.
BTW, not all Costcos have an optical department. While the downtown Vancouver Costco has one, the Grandwiew HWY location does not. Check before going.
