Checkout Pixiwoo for makeup tutorials! They're really great. Not sure about nail tutorials though as I don't watch many of those.

I was watching the nail polish videos and the first thing that came to my mind was damn you need a lot of dexterity + a steady hand to do that. +1 Respect to all women who paint their nails in that much detail
