Goodlife fitness Bioscore - is it worth it?

I got a 7 day trial membership with my local Goodlife fitness and they offered a Bioscore assessment for $49. I don't have to be a paying member for the assessment. They said they'll test my biology and chemical balance using some tests and it'll tell me what exercises I should do, and the workout plan that's best for me and other important information.

Has anyone here done it? What's it like? Would it be worth it? Can such a test be done elsewhere for cheaper?

Horse crap. Save your money. There is no such legit test and any test results used to influence programming is bogus.

Even if you are more fit than the personal trainers there, the bioscore will magically lead to recommendations that you absolutely critically require personal training. Just trust me on this. I can't even believe they try to charge for this, its just a way for them to sell more personal training services

I've been a goodlife member for a long time, I have friends who were or are still currently Goodlife trainers
