My corporate rate is $395 after taxes, but it isn't actually through the company, just through a group of a couple hundred employees from work. The best they offered me walking in was $45 a month.

I'll check the document they sent us about the group. I know you have to pay at a specific bank in Ottawa, get a receipt, give it to a lady at work and she deals with goodlife. Beyond that I'm not sure of the requirements, i can't remember if I provided my employee number or not.


I checked the forms today and they require an employee number
