From Google Store. Seemed a bit random, some people got it, some didn't ; if you pre-ordered I would give it a shot and contact support and say you were informed you would get a 75$ credit if you pre-ordered Pixel 3 but do not see this applied to your account currently.

I suppose there could be variations in how a corporate account is defined. Ours is an "employee use" plan, via the corporate rate/discount, but not from the primary company account.

Did anyone else return their pixels for refund and buy new ones to get the BOGO deal

Looks like Google fixed the loop hole. People that were getting the BOGO deal were able to return their Pixel 3's without returning the stand (as it did not ask you to) and getting full refunds (so basically free stand).

Now it asks you to choose what your returning.

Question for anyone who has had the phone for a while now. How’s the battery life and are there any quirks or issues with the phone?

I still have my phone sealed in the box and I have 11 days left before I have to keep it.

Nope I got the 50$ email, not the 75$ one others got and it says this would be applied to my account "within 4-6 weeks of your device shipping"... We are now week 6 so I chatted with support on Saturday to ask where my 50$ is, they asked me to forward the email where I got this from which I did... They told me they would get back to me promptly on this. Sent a follow-up email today ; radio silence.

I contacted support for in December who guaranteed I would get it by January 7th and apologized for the delays. I contacted them again yesterday and they again said :

" I personally apologize for the delay and understand you're requesting an update on the promotional credit for your order. 

Be rest assured there had been a delay in crediting the promotional balance and the promotional balance will be credited to all eligible customers by Jan 7, 2019."

So basically after all promos end on Monday (how convenient), you should get the credit if you previously got an email after you ordered that confirmed you would get a credit. If you didn't get such an email contact support.

I know this is an expired thread but just to follow-up ; I finally got my 50$ credited after, I kid you not, at least 12 follow-up email and/or chat sessions with them. They actually threw in an additional 25$ for the inconvenience... So if you did get an email stating a credit was coming and have kept it ; insist and follow-up to get your credit. I got the feeling that if I didn't have that email proof, they wouldn't have given it to me and that it was potentially an error if you got this promo as it was a promo meant for the US I think.
