Got robbed in DT TTC subway stn
huh...got hit but kept my stuffs..my glasses broken
I wrote down time&location but is that useful?
I think they problly have a camera somewhere...
I asked a laywer tonit and she suggested to call TTC but she's not also sure about remedy. Do you guys realli know how to deal with those kinda crimes? Did TTC ever give remedy to ppl who got punched/robbed in their subway/bus?
and Downtown is also not safe anymore...the whole Toronto is now not safe...damnit

BTW....it's INSIDE the train...wth...if that happened on the street, it should be normal...now...it's everywhere..

Describe the situation. What time was it? Were you alone? How many guys tried to mug you? How were you able to keep your stuff?

Don't let a lawyer fill your head with false hopes, not they I have anything against lawyers, but it is their job to do so.
I'm not going to lie, I am a little shocked that you'd sooner contact a lawyer about getting compensation from the TTC then you would to contact the police who notify the TTC Security/Special Constables which will therefore increase the chances the person(s) who did this to you will be caught before they attempt to rob someone else.
If none of your property was taken you were at the very minimum assaulted which is a crime, which REQUIRES you to file a police report._______________
