GPS Live Tracking ?
My company currently acquired 3 new company vehicles for delivery, and we just hired 3 new delivery people. The boss wanted to implement a live gps tracking in the vehicles to assure the drivers are doing their job efficiently.
Anyone know whats the best cost effective way? It needs to be LIVE tracking, and if its a web based login that would be best. If it can use google maps to map it out that would be preferred as well.
I heard of people getting GPS recievers and letting it work with http://www.opengts.org/. OpenGTS allows it to map out on googlemaps and allows for multiple users account to log in

That one looks good just a little pricey for the device,
I seem alot of the recievers ranging from 100-500
I also see the live tracking companys offer the device for free as long as you sign a contract with them for their monthly service of 20-30 a month

Google Latitude seems good actually, except most drivers dont got a data plan. But I guess if the boss pays for a data plan for everyone monthly, itll be cheaper to get a chip + the service.
Does anyone know of login ones, where we can go to a website and log in and I will see the list of GPS recievers or whatever and click on the one i want to see and then it will show up googlemaps of it
