Which GPS unit have these function?

I am using Garmin C310, but it is not working well in downtown.

I am looking for unit which has this function

First, I want to make favorite folders

I have many favorites address in my unit, so I have to scroll down and up to find my favorites, because I am sharing with my wife.
I want to make folders for favorites, my wife favorite and shopping etc..., then it will be easy to find my favorites.

Second, working good in downtown.

My Garmin c310 is not woking in the downtown, because of buildings.
Which model has seperate favorite folders function and good working in down town?

Third, If it can be hackable, it will be great..... ^^

I think first and second is imortant function to me, but third one is optional.

Please give me some informations...

Most of the GPS nav systems have a Search function for your personal favourites rather than a folder system.

There are a lot of hackable units on the market using a Windows CE software platform (usually with a Samsung processor chipset), and the SiRFStar III GPS chipset, e.g., like the various Mio models. Hacking instructions vary by model, so do a search before you buy to make sure that you know how to hack the specific model you are considering.

The SiRFStar III chipset is certainly better at finding and holding the GPS signals than previous generation receivers, which is why most GPS manufacturers are using it (including Garmin and Magellan who traditionally used their own chipsets). But it can't work miracles - you will get some signal loss and position inaccuracy among the tall buildings downtown due to signal blockage and multipath reflections.

Ya for better reception go with sirf star 111 or newer chipsets (i think some garmin sets a newer chipset than the sirf star 111)..
c310 maybe using sirf star 11, I know my c 330 is using that, it loses signal bigtime in downtown...

The Mio C310 uses the SiRFStar III chipset. With mine I can normally keep a position lock while driving downtown among the tall buildings, but the track log tells the story: there are frequent wild position swings and momentary signal losses.

I know search system, but I need to go more than 10 postions continuasly.

That's why I need that function, I need to go different 10 or 15 areas every day.

Monday, Tuseday... Friday

In this case, I want to make folders for each day, than it will more easy to go there.

Searching function is good to go one location, but if it is more than 5 different location I shoud type another 5 times for each location.

If there is folder for specific area, I can go to first area and GPS unit will show next area close to my current area.

Which GPS unit can solve this issue?
