GPSCity.ca - Garmin Lifetime Map Updates - $99.99
Regular price $115.95
Use the coupon code GCLIFETIME at checkout.
I personally have it on my Nuvi 350 and it is a great investment considering just 1 update costs about $70

I believe these lifetime map updates are only valid on a single GPS unit which is registered?

of course it's update for one single unit, otherwise the whole RFD board would all share ONE code

I think what he means is that it's pointless to get lifetime updates on one device when you can get the newest maps AND a new device with all sorts of fresh new features for cheap and always stay up to date anyway.
Good deal if you'll be happy (and have good luck in the unit never breaking) with the same unit for many years though.

Which would be piracy, and in that case, what's the point of spending the $99 to start with?

Exactly the point I was trying to make. Thanks BinaryJay.
