Great clips usually has an unadvertised deal where you can buy a gift card worth 5 haircuts at an average of $9.99+tax/cut.

I like great clips because of their mobile app that let's you check in and see the current wait times. Not having to wait for a haircut is amazing. What's even more amazing is walking in and having your name called for your haircut despite 5 others that were waiting there and arrived before you lol.

for people in Toronto, there are 2 competing places on Coxwell just North of Gerrard. East side of the street. $6 haircuts all the time. no coupons or tips or anything.
Unless you are getting a really short cut with them, they arent that good at all.

Better than First Choice.

One of these I think just opened up nearby. It's kind of hidden but for anyone in NW Mississauga it's beside the Superstore and Tim Hortons on Argentia/Winston Churchill.
It takes an ocean not to break

Not just 5 haircuts...you can put as much as you want on the card, and each haircut is $9.99. So if you put $100 on the card, you're essentially prepaying for 10 haircuts @ $9.99 each.

Totally agree with you on the convenience of online check-in and being able to see estimated wait time. There's around 3 locations that I rotate between, and I tend to pick based on lower wait time.

BTW, do all First Choice locations accept competitors' coupons?
I am pretty sure it is company policy but I cannot confirm 100%.

The girl at FC told me about it a year or two ago and told me what competitor coupons to watch out for that give the best price :)

I have since seen official corporate signs posted on the door or front window of may locations.

All these offers with this US company are either local or regional. OP, tell us where, or this is a wild goose chase.
Don't know if it's regional, but I saw it on Global BC yesterday and even heard it on the local radio today. Offer ends Jan. 31st.

I think it depends on the stylist you get. I've been going to one as a regular for years now and she gets the faux hawk great now.
