Great deal on Men's Suits - CK, RL, etc...
Calvin Klein suit @ Tip Top or Grafton and Co was about $600. So I looked online and found a supplier out in Montreal. This same suit came out to $340 so I bought 4 and they gave me a 10% discount and $5 shipping.
Anyway here's the main site
http://www.execstyle.com
they also have a Canadian website as welll but I used the main US one since it was cheaper and I have a US visa

Caruso Clothier
Funny cause I was going to post my deal on my Calvin Klein suit last week and this popped up. Check out Caruso's at 830 Danforth, Toronto. I bought the same black suit they have at Tip Top (around $600 + tax + alterations) for $495 taxes included. They also threw in cufflinks ($50), a tie ($75), a handkerchief and alterations ($30) all for free! They also made me a custom dress shirt for $100 or so. The deal was so good I bought the brown Calvin Klein suit ($495 taxes included) with free alterations and another tie! These guys have other suits there as well, but they will alter everything. I bought on off the rack shirt and they altered that as well for free. They can also do a fully tailor made suit for under $1000. Oh yeah...they also have a wall with pictures of old clients...Vince Carter, Damon Stoudomire, Jamal Maglore...and for the non-basketball fan...Keifer Sutherland!
The black suit is for my wedding in June and it looks good!

$340 is about the same you'd pay at the Buffalo CK or RL outlets at the Canada One (or whatever it's called) mall. Keep in mind these suits are fuxed which means the two layers are glued together in the jacket. Make sure you take good care of them otherwise the glue will come apart and they'll end up looking like crap.
If you take good care of it, dry clean only once per season (if you wear it often) it should last quite a while.
i've got a custom RL suit that I bought when i used to work for them and it was roughly $350 at the time. It's usually a $1000 suit and it's STILL glued! Quality in suits for the most part in the big labels is the same from the $600-$1200 range. Go beyond that then you'll have a suit for life. But since we're on RFD we're not thinking about buying a $5000 Kiton suit

Yep quality of these suits is why people go for them!
I bought 2 CK/RL suits back in 04 in NJ/NY and to this day they look brand new!!! paid only $500 USD no tax
SO yes, investing in these is a sure deal, offcourse it'd be nice if you could score Armani or versace..lol

None of those suit brands are good quality. Not to mention the number of knock-offs that exist. I once walked into this place where they were sewing labels on the inside of the jacket - RL, CK, etc. I would be really hesitant to buy this online. Not to mention that $340 is a crappy price. if you are set on those brands wait until the Bay has a sale.

I guess you don't shop much or you hit the mall stores like others have posted here.. lol...
I good suit will run you in the $400-800 range.
I great suit that is well fitted or tailored will run you in the $1000-2500.
Again... its the saying, "you get what you paid for".
And you can spot a cheap Mexx suit a mile away...compared to a Canali or Zegna suit.
Why would you waste your $$$ on a Versace suit? they are butt ugly and go out of style faster then you drop the cash for the suit at the store.
