Does anyone have a phone of what their unit looks like after the install? I see astute12's photo above, but just curious to see others.
There may be more photos on the feedback thread here: Group Buy Feedback Thread

Has anyone gone with a Seer 18 unit? Is it cost prohibitive even with the rebates?

Edit: Yes, i've read the first post and how Craig doesn't recommend it.

As far as I know, no one ordered an 18 SEER. You could be the first I suppose.

See post #32.

But I'd also like to see more photos if anyone has them
Here are couple more. I pointed out the bracket sticking out to Craig which he promised that he will have someone trim it off because it can cause injury. Fyi, this is the only side of the house we can use to go back to the backyard, so I was concerned about it. Btw, the bracket they use is better than the black brackets used by other installers which will get rusty more quickly.

Just noticed on my invoice that the $155 RFD rebate is applied after taxes. Shouldn't it be applied before taxes?

It's always been post-tax. It is very hard to do the discount retroactively for pre-tax.

From the invoice I got from Craig, it does include the evaporator coil (Acoil). When I discuss with Craig on Friday, I told him my house have large windows and patio doors so is hot. Instead of going for a larger unit he recommend a larger evaporator coil, from a 2 ton coil to a 2.5 ton coil instead.
Is a 2 ton condenser coil paired with a 2.5 ton evaporator coil considered mis-matched?

Also, anyone knows if the evaporator coil is Trane/American Standard? Friend of mine got a deal from last year's thread but his invoice didn't show it includes an evaporator coil at all.

The coil they used on mine is made by Advanced Distributor Products.
