Good to hear you got your complaint resolved.

I'm planning to go to him in a few days when I have time. Not going to say it's 100% his fault because I don't really know what happened. I'm not experienced enough to judge. I basically got my front bumper repair and repainted along with some other things done. I was washing my car the other day and realized some paint has come off at the bottom of the front bumper where the repairs were. I did not hit anything or go over the curb as I'm really careful not to because the previous owner went over a few curbs and that's why it was a scrap and scratched up. The only thing I can think of is I might have sprayed some paint off at the coin wash but if that did happen does that mean the paint job was poor to begin with? I'm not quite sure so I'm just going to head up there and tell him about it and see what he says.
Found out it wasnt't Ron's fault. Just remembered I had my car on ramps for the first time and I probably scrap the bottom of the bumper because the car is a bit low.
Anyways I just got back pickin up my mom's Highlander and it looked brand new, couldn't tell which side was damaged. Thanks Ron & team!!!

Dropped off my BMW 3 series last week that was damaged thanks to some idiot that side swiped my car while I was parked on the street. I'm pretty paranoid about my car so I was pretty upset when I had to get it fixed up. Ron at Chipmaster is great to deal with, no BS and you really feel like he cares. When I got my car back the work done by his team was excellent. I don't think a car can ever be repaired to look exactly like a factory paint job but I was pleased with the work his team finished.

I have no problem recommending others to his shop. It's hard to find businesses like this now-a-days. I hope I never see him again but if I do he's my go to guy. I'll definitely be recommending his shop to anyone that needs a fix.

I just picked up my car this Wednesday from Ron and overall my experience has been excellent so I thought I would write a review and recommend his work for anyone who may have had doubts or feel uneasy about having paint work done on your car, like I was.

Background: My 2013 S4 in Metallic Glacier White was chipped pretty badly on the hood in several places and some curb rash on the lower side of the bumper that really bug me so I decided to have the damage repaired. I started my research on many chip repair places and it came down to either my dealer's bodyshop or chipmaster. Dealer never got back to me, and chipmaster has great reviews here and audizine plus is much closer to me so I decided to go with them. I emailed Ron and communicated with him back and forth, sent in pictures for his assessment, etc. He was friendly and knew what he was doing, gave me a very reasonable quote and I brought the car in Monday of the following week. I was initially very uneasy about repainting a relatively new car and also started having doubts as I heard stories that metallic paint is hard to match and given that mine was an off whiteish color that look greyish/blue under different light settings made me feel very uneasy about the paint matching. Even after I dropped off the car I felt nervous and worried that when I pick it up I can see a two tone hood or something. On wednesday when I went to pick up the car, I saw that Ron was helping another customer with pick up, explaining to the customer how the repair was done, etc. while my car was parked nearby. So while waiting for him both my girlfriend and I took a very hard look at the car and cannot tell any difference in the paint. I was blown away by the results and the hood and bumper look as good as new. Overall I am extremely pleased with Ron's work and his sho's lifetime guaranteed gives me confidence on the quality of his work. The only frustrating thing is now I have to wait 3 weeks for the paint to cure in order to apply clearbra  . I really hope I don't get any new chips prior to that  .

Here are the before and after pictures.

Looks like I need to repair my bumper before further damage occurs.

Can I get in on this deal with Chipmaster?
