GTA - $25 ($8) round trip bus to Niagara Falls. 19+ only

Deal Link:
With nicer weather finally here, people may be looking for cheap way to get to Niagara Falls. Safeway Tours is cheapest method I've found.

Now here are the caveats. You must be 19+ . No exceptions. With government issued photo ID. They also hope that you'll gamble once there. Bus return ticket is good for up to 48 hours.

They used to be strict about baggage but now I see people with huge bags that are obviously going overnight with a hotel, etc.

The buses are modern and most have free wi-fi too for basic browsing/email.

NOTE - cost for your first round trip is $25. Then you get a free Players Card at the casino. After that , any bus trips with them in the future are only $8 round trip provided you have your card on you.

These buses are extremely popular in spring and summer so you're strongly advised to book ahead of time to reserve your spot.

They have pickup points and departure times throughout the city.

NOTE - bus remains free for Gold and above player card holders

The casino started examining the riders of this subsidized bus service against their gambling history - those who don't gamble much, if at all, will get a warning and eventually a ban from using the bus service. They wont say how many dollars gambled is required before they are satisfied.

is this anecdotal or is it a statement issued by the casino?

Well, just work around it and get a new card? How would they know your gambling history then?

If you go with a friend. Bet $20 each on same spin of electronic roulette wheel. One person black , one person red. One of you will get back $40. Only both lose if zero or double zero comes up (rare). Make sure your player card properly inserted when play. That enough play for the bus ride.

A worse option is baccarat but it'll make you feel like James Bond. One of you bets banker the other bets player. You only lose if tie comes up ( 9.53 percent of the time).

How much do you get in this scenario? I don't know much about gambling... Do you win 30$ back or 40$?

You would win $40, so you would break even.
Keep in mind that zero or double zero happens about 5.5% of the time though. You'd lose the entire $40 in that scenario.

We used this bus trip for Niagara visits in 2008 ... I don't remember exactly, it was $5 for first trip and then free after that .... They collect $25 and load $20 in the casino card. We go to counter and get back $20.

This was free in 2008-2012. Then they started charging $5, but gold/platinum was free. Now regular card is $8.

or do Sic Bo(it's niagara, so they have that there)

Everytime my relatives visit, i don't bother driving down there, just take these casino buses

We convert $100 into chips, then put $50 into big, and $50 into small on same table, cash it out, do a tour, repeat it one more time before we leave, so it looks like we betted $200

of course, im not going to stop any of my relatives from spending more money.

Assprint scanners on the seats. They can estimate your gambling based on a pucker algorithm . Obviously if you're old old, then they just measure methane emissions and use a database for loose estimations.
