Walker Hill Korean BBQ up on West Beaver Creek
Prices are the same as your typical Korean BBQ. About $20 per adult for dinner.

GTA:the consolidated KOREAN BBQ THREAD.
With spring and summer around the corner, i love a good couple hours with groups of friends chatting and sharing good times over cooking food on the grill!!
best part is that we don;t gotta clean the meat, or clean up afterwards!! woohoo!
Korean bbq ppls, share ideas/prices/selection
right now im looking for good cheap korean bbq for 6pm on a friday night.. in the GTA.. i like hanwoori, but its a tad $$ compared to others..
anyone have ideas?

i've been to that one....in market village right?
I find that their marinate is too sweet to my liking....it makes the beef and other stuff so sweet, but I guess that's more authentic and more cater toward korens.
There's another koren owned bbq at Thornhill (yonge and clark) if you like this type.

I'm looking for a Korean BBQ recommendation for downtown Toronto. I have never been but I have a friend visiting me from out of town and we want to go to one. She is kind of picky so , I am looking for something good.

The only Korean bbq place I've ever been to is the Korean Grill House on @ 214 Queen St. W.
I love that place but knowing that there are other places in Toronto, how does it fair to them? Is it good, bad, or mediocure? I'm asking this cause I really don't have a basis for comparison, and if people say that some places are much better, I'm certainly up for trying them.

I'd give Grill Time a try. They're on Yonge, a few steps north of College. Better atmosphere than the place on Queen, and I prefer the quality of the meat there. The sides are not quite as good as the one on Queen, but you're there for the meat, right? The last time I was there, they had amazingly thick slices of squid.

Seoul Garden @ market village is the best kbbq in the markham area, better than walker hill or the one at commerce, at least its more authentic, also that place at yonge/clark seems good, went there for dinner but didn't have the bbq but looked pretty good...

I have not went to Korean BBQ in a while but I use to go all the time. I went wiith my gf yesterday, the one at Midland and Finch. I think this place is the best bang for our buck thus far. Dinner was only $14.99 and on the items avail were
beef
beef ribs
pork
chicken (marinated in satay sauce)
beef liver
ox tongue
lamb
shrimp
salmon
sole
squid
that's all i can remember. I've been to other places before and never have I seen any places with ox tongue or liver. You can take out lamb and shrimp and it's only $10.99.
Add $1 for all you can drink pop or juice.
Service was also very good.
