depends on the problem you having, if its only partition table or format problem, it'll cost roughly 100 bucks. if its hardware problem, then you are looking for a professional help,, might cost you up to 1,000 bucks.
what happened? its not respponding at all or getting clicking noise or doesnt detect on the Windows._______________

It is a laptop HD and it just die. I tried other laptop, plug into desktop, plug into usb, freezer trick..etc nothing can detect the drive.

If it's just a matter of the data got corrupted or deleted then you can do it yourself. If it's mission critical and the hardware is damaged, then you'll have to go to a pro.
