Mine delayed from oct2017 to feb2018. I got my studio appointment mid of may. I went there last week to check price and it's not ready.
Did you puchase a townhome or detached?

It'll be fun to see the demand as it seems all builders are releasing around the same time in Durham (May-June ). Hopefully this will reduce the campers. Even though new seaton has informed that people should NOT line up, i can almost say with 100% certainty there will be a fair share of these fools camping out with/without an appointment letter
Probably have to line up to get the appointment though

I thought the appointments for New Seaton will be arranged online. On a side note, what does everyone think the deposit structure will be for towns/semis vs detatched?

Called into Market District by Icon homes (http://mktdistrict.ca/) for curiosity on what's left and of the 92 units for sale, they said they are about half sold (same as from Tuesday's release)...the market has slowed indeed.

1050 sq.ft unit = $540k (2 bedroom)
1393 sq.ft units = $590k (2 bedroom)

Maintenance fees are 20 cents/ sq.ft

Price list only available in person or over the phone.

I have a copy of the price list. FYI on opening day they were starting at 460K (540K) the following day.

I think maintenance is actually a bit higher. Also max 1 parking per unit which blows.

HMMMMMMM, please keep an eye out on how long these stay on the market. If it is getting sold in a matter of days with multiple bids then things are status quo; otherwise this is the beginning.
So far it seems that Northeast Ajax is still very hot. From my casual observation of the recent sale prices in the area, 3 bedroom freehold townhomes are closing in on $700,000, with semis in the mid to high 7s, single garage detached homes around 8 to 9, with the double garage detached homes over $1 million at around 1.1. Most resale homes across all house types are being sold in under 10 days. All sales seem to be at least 8 to 10% over asking on the LOW end.

Friend accepted offer for a detached in north Ajax, listed for 750, 3 bed detached with single garage. Last highest in the area was 830k, he accepted 910+, creating a new record. He was honestly expecting 800-825, so market is still hot
