Folks,

Anyone here purchased lots in Whitby Meadows recently released (nov/dec)? I bought from Arista, if there is any whatsapp or fb group for Arista future homeowners in Whitby Meadows , please let me know. Thanks!

Anyone know how many homes were sold by Lebovic or Fieldgate in Seaton? Just trying to gauge the market.

Lebovic doesn't show sales on the website. Fieldgate shows sales on their site plan link

Take a look at 4 Labriola Court, Whitby.

House is on a 40' lot, 2800sf, finished basement, just sold for $1.26M. I'm pretty sure that's a record for Whitby, 12 months ago, it would have went for $950K max.

Nops, I think there is no Whtsapp group for Arista Homes buyer. If you think we can create a new group, do let me know. Thanks!

You clearly don't follow Whitby close enough... This house is in my neighborhood. Certainly not a record for Whitby. Houses in the "apple orchard" these homes built by Highmark and Coughlan, rarely sell for less than a million, especially those backing onto the ravine.

For example:
HouseSigma - Sold, $1,290,000, Detached, 105 Tormina Blvd, Whitby, E5000051 https://housesigma.com/bkv2/landing/roo ... pkxEb3w1Qr

HouseSigma - Sold, $1,925,000, Detached, 3700 Anderson St, Whitby, E5054374 https://housesigma.com/bkv2/landing/roo ... 5eKxOYbmwe

Your link doesn't work correctly. Can you please repost? Or share the MLS#?

I'm very interested because we bought our first home in Brooklin and sold just before the 407 opened.

In the HouseSigma site, listing E5072874, address 42 Teardrop, sold for $911K within last 7 days. It is south west side between Holsted and Vipond.

Holy crap.... I know that area well. My sister in law lived in the house next door! Sold their house around 2011ish for $300k

A million dollars for that house is just insane. And that's the old part of Brooklin too!

The LAST phase of Park Ridge launched months if not years ago, all they have is a few inventory lots left if any.

We bought a Mapleview with them, great builder and no issues. Stayed in the house for 3 years but have since sold and live in Pickering.

I was referring to homes on a 40' lot and of that square footage. ^Those homes are on much larger lots - tough to compare.

I hope your sister doesn't want to move back, there are only 3 houses on sale in the whole of Brooklin!

The housing market is really something right now. 1.3 Mill for a whitby house with no upgrades? That’s insane lol

why are there showerheads next to the toilets? I could understand if it was a bidet, but it isn't.
