GTA looking for a new hatchback with

-Android auto
-Automatic
-Keyless entry pushbutton on door
-Pushbutton start
-Rear camera backup good for night vision
-Blind spot warning
-Automatic lighting
-Heated front seats
-Cruise control
-Sirius
-Safe in winter (with winter tires installed)
-good front seat leg room

Would be nice
-Good/reliable after 5 years
-Sunroof
-Adaptive cruise control
-Autonomous emergency braking
-Other safety features
-Not too noisy engine
-leather seats

What is the cheapest vehicle with discounts that has the above. I dont care about manufacturer, status, dont know much about cars.

I have cash but would use finance if it was cheaper to get a deal. I want to buy before end of August.

Suggestions please!

Honestly, if you want all of those features on a hatchback you're going to be paying close to $30k. If you drop the keyless entry, assistive technology, and push button start you will find more affordable options. If you're on a budget, why pay for these things? They are nice but they definitely come at a premium.

True, but I dont really feel confident enough to buy a secondhand car and would prefer to buy a new one. Buying a nearly new from a dealership I have found removes all the incentives and deals and almosts costs the same...

Try and look for a used Civic hatchback, but I think that will probably blow your budget too. I believe the Mazda 3 hatchbacks will be quite a bit cheaper, especially used.

The three I had found so far are below, but I thought my knowledge is limited and would ask for advice. Perhaps not all the features are in these and I made an error. They are from 15 may 2018 on the websites for the manufacturers.

with that budget your pretty much only looking at Hyundai and Kia offerings.

If you want to spend a little more the VW Golf is a nice car.

With your lists, the car should be fully opted to have them all and you want it brand new.
Basically you want a car with the latest technology + brand new and under maybe 25-30k

I would be curious to know which car fits all that. Maybe a full opted Elantra or Civic? Even one of those will be around 30k OTR with all these options.

Yeah, I don't know why someone would buy a new Kia/Hyundai when after taxes, it's basically the price of everything else out there. I guess if you want to save a few bucks and keep this car forever it's worth it. Going with some insane 84 month term, lol.
Loaded Hyundai is about $30k on 60 months. OP is looking at cash purchase which provide $2500 in discount.

I agree that VW Golf is nice, drove one a while ago in England.

However it is substantially more for an el cheapo like myself...
