I was on the go bus around 5am and overheard the com radio. Apparently theres some guy lieing ont he ground at yonge and 16th ave and refusing to move or something and theres also a crowd or some sort of car blocking the road.

That whole smiley thing, was the main scene from a video called "Just" that the band Radiohead did.

A man is lying on the street, and concerned people ask him what's wrong and why he's lying on the pavement. Meanwhile, Radiohead is playing in a nearby apartment. The whole conversation is subtitled. Eventually the guy agrees to tell them why he's lying there. But before that he warns the people around him that they 'don't know what you ask of me'. The subtitling stops when he reveals his reasons. After that the camera shows the people lying on the ground just like the man himself. And no, no one knows what the guy said.

I know kids do this often when they do not get their way and it's a major part of tantrum throwing.

Maybe something in his life is not as he would like and maybe he hasn't matured enough to realise that this is no longer the cool thing to do when you do not get your way.
