I bought one couple of weeks ago from Showcase store in Toronto (Centerpoint Mall). Paid $119 + tax and got a pack of 10 one-time mop pads as a promo (supposedly valued at $20).
So far, i've used it on pretty much all surfaces in my home: laminate, tile, carpet, sofa (fabric), tub, sink. I think it's working as intended. The most amazing feature is the the brush that cleans grout. It worked very well!
Let me know if you have other questions.![]()

H2O Mop X5
Who owns one of these bad boys? I'm considering buying one since our other steamer is not working anymore.
I think it cost $150 with FS_______________

I can't help but feel this thing would get used once, and collect dust till you sell them at a garage sale in 10 years...
