I got into UofT Bcomm (Rotman) last year. They need 80+ in calc and english 12, then next top4 marks. i got 73 in Adv. Functions but it didn't matter as it wasn't in my top 6 marks.
If you're thinking of UofT, your best bet is probably taking calc in private school

At uoft, your required to take calculus so you may struggle with some of the math concepts and keep in mind that it also goes at a faster pace than Highschool.

I'm not in business so I'm mostly clueless about these things, but can anyone explain how do accounting students actually use calculus in their courses?

if you have a low math mark, why do you want to go into the business program?
