Has anyone had a mole removal?

i had mine done when i visited china a few years back, mole was on my face, did it by laser, painless and now can't even tell i once had a mole...cost me 80 yuan which is less than $20...thank god my parents forced me to do it

Had 4 small moles removed from my neck.

Procedure: Freezing needle, dermal punch, pressure on neck, stiches, done.

Took all of 20 min for all 4. Hurt like hell for a couple days afterwards, as the stitches pulled when i moved. I now have 4 small, shiny scars where my moles were.

Cost me nothing, covered under healthcare.

May I ask where did you get it done? I also live in vancouver, what was the procedure (in details) and was it painful and scarring left? Thanks.

i did it both at a beauty salon and a skin specialist. The one at beauty salon charged me $10 and the specialist charged me $200. The results were about the same. If I have to do it again, I go to the beauty salon.

The procedure is pretty easy, takes 5 to 15 minutes. Mine are really minor spots and just sting a bit. I am glad i did it. The skin looks much nicer after the mole is burned off. I did one 4 years ago and one last year, the moles have not come back yet.

anyone tried mole removal solution. Applied natural substance to move and it will form a scab and fall off. They sell it on ebay. Any comments?

my mom got one done on her face which was covered under healthcare but i think its cause the doctor said it might be cancerous, which it wasn't

she went to some comestic surgery doctor who took it off for her but it left a small scar even though the mole was really really small (about the size of a pen dot)

i actually had some flat ones done on my face for about $10 to $15 each at a chinese beauty salon but one of them keeps coming back. it didnt really hurt at all cause she puts some cream to numb the spot and just starts poking it with a small needle. The good thing is this way is really cheap and doesnt leave a scar unlinke laser.

if anyone's interested theres this really good place at pacific mall. i dont know what its called but its near the center of the mall and there's two beauty salons right across from each other but its the one with the hula hoop on the window. my friend got this huge mole that stuck out done there and she only went their twice and it was gone. no scar and she paid about 80 in total.

I had one on my shoulder that was buggin me.
Dr cut it out (froze me first) and it just left a little tiny scar. looks like a mini cigarette burn.
He charged me .......20 bucks I think? Might have only been ten......
