I am pretty sure that you can find dresses like that in the GTA. But I will guess that the dress in the second picture is easier to find... it shouldn't be too hard to find a dress like that, just make sure that you are comfortable when you move around in it and that the dress is flowy.
Your best bet is to ask store people what dress is best for dancing, you can even tell them you need a Havana Nights dress. Reply With Quote
