A Vietnamese man driving a Van pulled in front of our house and tells us that our Chimney is broken and offered to fix it immediately. I told him that I will climb up and have a look and will call him back(I asked for his business card but he came up with an excuse and took off).

There was nothing wrong with our Chimney. There are lots of way for him to make money...like holding a real job.

NO because my neighbourhood is mainly white and I'm the only chinese guy in the area for miles

I think I heard of this happening elsewhere but its not a vietnamese man but white men. If the viet man targets Woodbridge he could've stole so much money from those rich I-talians
