Heartburn & almonds

For the past few weeks, I've been suffering from horrible heartburn but found a natural remedy that's been working for me so I thought I would share with others in here.

I've been eating natural almonds for the last three days and I'm happy to say that I've had no problem for the past few days.

So anyone out there who is suffering, try eating some almonds after meal.

I heard Tums is okay to take for heartburn but since I've been avoiding all medicine during this pregnancy, almonds been great with my heartburn.

I figured someone might think like me when it comes to drug during the pregnancy. Anyways, I'm glad I could someone out

Unless you're aying generic pricing., don't ever buy brand name. It's dumb. Exact same medication. How do I know?

look at the name of the medication included, moreover, look at the DIN (Drug Identification Number) on the product.
