Zalman 9500 and Thermaltake Thypoon are kings of the hill.
Ive had/used both.
Zalman is alittle more quiet, but plenty of enthusiats prefer Thypoon cause it also cools down the immediate area aswell IE - power mosfets and ram.

#1-Tunic Tower Hard to get in Canada.
#2-TT Big Typhoon. Easy to get in Canada.
#3-Arctic Cooling Freezer 64 Pro-Easy to get, cools almost as good as the Big Typhoon, and is half the price. Outstanding value!
#4-Scythe Ninja-Needs a slightly higher powered fan than the others.
