Heatware Fraud - What do I do

So some asshat has decided to leave me negative heatware feedback for a transaction I never completed or knew about.

Out of the blue,

I get this e-mail:

Judging by the guys username, it is some assclown who has something against me, most likely because I am a Wii-flipper.

Anything I can do to get this removed. The guy just blemished a perfect record for no reason whatsoever.

edit: just a tiny bit of feedback. When you are leaving a comment disputing it try to refrain from using vulgar language. Even if you didn't do anything it doesn't exactly give me a good vibe from you to be calling people an asshat, threatning, etc.

I'd much rather deal with someone who said "I did not deal with this person, I believe he must have the wrong ID or be mistaken in some manner. Will start the process to have this removed"

Honestly though, what the hell is wrong with all these babies.

You know these will in all likely hood be removed, so why bother wasting time?

Should the mods be alerted of this, or is it something that they have no control over?

Heatware mods will take care of it for you, just email them.

Not sure if you put your heatware and email id in your BST posts but to prevent this in the future, best to have buyers ask you for your heatware id.

That way you will know potentially who it could be.

Unless your heatware is similar to your username.....
