Party Packagers for one, and other party shops. Look in your local Yellow Pages.
You can rent a helium tank. You can't just "buy" a helium tank, there's regulations in place for that.

Helium for balloons in Toronto?
Does anyone know which stores sell small helium tank(s) that can be used to inflate 50-100 balloons? Preferably South West Toronto stores.

Thanks,
I'll try Walmart.
Tried a couple of local party stores and Costco, none of them have it right now.
I did find one place in Yellow Pages that rents, but they need an ID. I'm not sure I want to give out my private info to get a helium tank. Even if I pay cash. What's so special about helium that stores wouldn't sell it and just rent it? Is it the tank being too expensive?Last edited by Raven_007; Oct 5th, 2009 at 08:36 PM.
