No cap and no restrictions. The only problem you might experience with Bell is you'll get REALLY REALLY ****** speeds if you're far from the central office (like me!).

do they have cap?? do they force it or is it just like rogers they dun really care?? do they have torrent restrictions in Brampton??? thx for ur input.
