I wholly support your efforts and it's fantastic you provided links & form letter. This Sympatico thing has exposed how weak us consumers are compared to telcos & broadcasters like Bell/Rogers. Bunch of parasites, they already have our money now they want to dictate how & what we access online. If they can't make a buck through their channels then we can't enjoy unfettered access - that's BS.

Help beat bell sympatico's throttling.
Hey guys,
If your like me and got tired of bell and switched to teksavvy or acanac or any other independant ISP and do not wish to have your service throttled and capped by bell anymore please help by following the instructions laid out and lets help canada get net neutrality laws in place.
1) click on the following link:
http://support.crtc.gc.ca/crtcsubmis...om.aspx?lang=e
2) Select "Part VII/PN" from the list
3) insert the CRTC file number (# 8622-C51-200805153) into the "Subject" Line and
4) insert the following suggested text into the "Description / Comments / Questions" box: "I am writing to express my support for the Application that CAIP has filed with the CRTC regarding Bell Canada's throttling practices. I believe that these practices contravene Bell
Canada's duties as a common carrier and that the Commission should direct Bell to immediately cease and desist from throttling the traffic of independent ISPs."Last edited by infamouskid; Apr 11th, 2008 at 01:55 PM.
