It also depends on condition of both cars. So far lancer looks like a nicer deal, based on mileage, year, features. What are the full model names on both? (i.e. Civic LX, Mitsubishi Lancer ...?)

i read some reviews online regarding lancer es and it looks like it's a decent car.....i have noticed that people complained about small tires on it. But i doubt civic's LX tires are that much larger, I believe they are 14' and 185 in width.........Lancer ES should have very similar 14' 185 tires.
