HELP - I"VE BEEN ROBBED by DM10

I bought a graphics card from dm10 here in this forum. I paid immediately through PayPal, yet he does not respond to my email. It appears he has just taken my money and run, and that, to me, is theft.

What can I do now? I can't afford to lose this money and it has me heart-broken. He seemed like such a nice, trustworthy guy and promised me that he would mail it to me right away....that was in April. It's now a month later, and no word from him at all, except to say that he had to go to his grandfather's funeral in St. Catherine's, and that was why he was late. It appears to me that he has no intention of fulfilling his end of the deal.

I need help, please....what can I do to get my money back?

Dude, after 2 minutes of research it turns out your seller DM10 had no heatware / no BST and about 35 posts.

I did receive the payment, but it was through paypal. I don't have a credit card on my account so when I transfer the funds, it goes to my bank account. That's the reason it takes 5-7 business days to complete, we're a little tight here for money and we don't have the funds to ship the card out until the money goes into the account. Again, sorry for the inconvience and I will let you know when the money goes into my bank account and I will ship as soon as the transfer is complete.

Thanks....I have filed with Paypal and his name will be blacklisted, but that doesn't get me my money back. I had thought that Paypal protected purchases, but it obviously doesn't in a case like this. Don't think I'll ever trust Paypal again either. They ruled in my favor, as fraud by the seller, but that's all they can do for me.

I've also contacted the police about this.
